Questions about an official Houston County docket or case record belong with the clerk for the court that heard the matter. This private resource cannot access court systems or act on a case. The routes below distinguish the Superior Court Clerk from the separate State Court Clerk and point common requests to their official source.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use these routes for common Houston County requests:

  • A docket sheet: run a case lookup in Houston County Benchmark, or request it from the responsible clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court dates, then confirm the setting with the court clerk
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: search by party name, case number, division, or date through Case Lookup
  • Court records and case files: review Court Record Search, or contact the clerk with custody

For Superior Court records, contact Clerk of Superior Court Terri L. Childers, 201 N Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069, (478) 218-4720. The clerk's office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

State Court uses a separate records office. Contact State Court Clerk Teresa Hathaway, 201 Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069, (478) 218-4970. The court itself lists (478) 218-4990. Older county text shows a former Warner Robins address, so confirm the office before travel. Probate, Juvenile, Magistrate, Warner Robins, Perry, and Centerville matters must go to their own clerks.
